Buying and Unlocking the Software
After downloading, you’ll find an “Unlock OffLine™ 4.5” (Unlocker) program on your computer. When you’re ready to purchase, simply run the Unlocker program, select “Phone”, click the “Order” button, call to get a password, type it in, and Presto! You're now the proud owner of the software you wanted.
If calling is inconvenient (maybe it's 3:00 am), just select “Email”, and click the “Order” button. The unlocker will save an order form on your hard disk. You can email it at your convenience. Note that transactions are safe because unlockers encrypt credit card data when preparing e-mail orders.
When you receive your password, just launch the unlocker again, and type in the password. After entering the password into the unlocker, your new product is saved to your hard disk— ready for you to backup for safe keeping. Then the unlocker and password are no longer required.

Am I getting everything that I'd get with a box?
Yes, everything but the box! You also get an electronic manual which is generally easier to search than a printed manual.
Is “Unboxed” software copy-protected?
No. The unlocking technology is not copy-protection. After unlocking, you get the exact same product that you would have gotten in a box. (However, if the software publisher normally copy-protects their software then the unboxed version will also be copy-protected).
Do I need a password after unlocking?
No. Once software has been unlocked, you won’t need the password or the unlocker ever again.
Will a backup disk be mailed to me?
No, you should backup your unlocked software (after it has been unlocked).
Can I get another copy for free if something bad happens?
No. We encourage you backup your unlocked software (after it has been unlocked).
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. Just ask for one when ordering.
How do I register?
You automatically become a registered user when you purchase a password to unlock the software.
